Yieldable — Master Disclaimer

Important Notice

Participation involves substantial risk, including total loss of principal.
This disclaimer must be read in full before using the Yieldable platform.

Informational Only

This material is for information and education about the mechanics of the Yieldable platform. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; it is not a recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset or to adopt any strategy. Yieldable does not guarantee returns.

Non-Custodial & On-Chain

Yieldable is a non-custodial DeFi platform. Users connect their own wallets and remain in control of keys and approvals. On-chain interactions may be public and immutable; transactions can be irreversible and visible on public ledgers.

Illustrations, Examples & Performance

Any figures shown (including "up to 0.50% daily," sample balances like $1,000 start or $200 additional deposits, tables, charts, and scenarios) are illustrative only to explain mechanics. They are not promises, targets, forecasts, or advice. Actual results vary with market conditions, fees, timing, allocations, and user choices. Returns, if any, are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Mechanics & Policy Highlights

(For clarity, not as an offer)

  • Deposits: Minimum $200; maximum $10,000 per deposit.
  • Accruals & Ceiling: Accrued interest pauses once the $25,000 accrued-interest ceiling is reached, until withdrawn or compounded.
  • Withdrawals (Interest): You may request withdrawals at any time, up to $25,000 per transaction, subject to the 28-day stability framework (fees may apply if within 28 days of your last withdrawal). After day 28, fee-free under the published schedule.
  • Full Balance Withdrawals: Full balance withdrawals require prior approval and may incur a 50% exit fee under the policy framework.
  • Compounding: User-initiated only. To move accrued interest into the Investment Balance, you must make an Additional Deposit of at least $200; the system rolls accrued interest + additional deposit into the balance in one action and resets the clock.

User Responsibility, Eligibility & Jurisdiction

You must be 18+ and legally permitted to use digital-asset services in your location. You are solely responsible for determining that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction (including any required registrations, licenses, or exemptions), for complying with sanctions/export and AML/CFT rules, and for all tax obligations. Yieldable may implement or update geoblocking, KYC/AML, and access controls at any time to comply with law or risk policy.

Key Risks (Summary)

⚠️ Material Risks Include:

Participation involves substantial risk, including total loss of principal.

  • Market Risk: Volatility, liquidity shocks, correlation breakdowns, and adverse events may reduce or delay accruals and withdrawals.
  • Smart-Contract/Protocol Risk: Bugs, exploits, oracle manipulation, governance or economic-design failures—even with audits/bug bounties—may cause loss.
  • Operational Risk: Downtime, forks, congestion, third-party outages, upgrades, or human error may disrupt service.
  • RWA & Stablecoin Risk: De-pegs, issuer/custodian failure, mispricing, illiquidity, or legal enforceability issues may cause loss.
  • Policy/Governance Risk: Rate bands, deposit caps, accrued-interest ceiling, withdrawal limits, additional-deposit requirements, and fee schedules may change through governed processes; early withdrawals can incur fees.
  • Security Risk: Compromised devices, phishing, unsafe approvals, or key mismanagement can result in permanent loss; transactions are often irreversible.
  • Regulatory Risk: Laws and guidance for DeFi, RWA, and digital assets evolve rapidly and may affect availability, reporting, and taxation. Extraordinary events (e.g., sanctions, cyberattacks, disasters) may delay or disrupt operations.

No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The platform and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." No warranties (express or implied) are given, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Forward-looking statements (e.g., regarding rates, integrations, roadmap) are subject to change and uncertainties; actual results may differ materially.

To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages are disclaimed. Direct damages, if any, are limited to fees paid for services in the prior 12 months.

Third-Party Services

Integrations (e.g., wallets, bridges, oracles, analytics) are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Yieldable is not responsible for third-party actions, omissions, or outages.

Updates & Precedence
